Ultrasound is a convenient noninvasive, painless imaging technique used to visualize internal body structures including muscles, tendons, vessels and internal organs for possible pathology or lesions. The exams can usually be done without sedation or anesthesia, and are most diagnostic when performed by a board certified radiologist. Our radiologist is from an independent radiology group.
