Payment Options
The initial examination fee is $85 ($115 on holidays) which will be collected before being seen by the doctor. All hospitalized patients receive a written estimate of fees prior to services being administered. A deposit is required. Updated estimates are given as needed and additional deposits may be necessary. The entire balance must be paid before the patient is discharged.
Cash, checks, debit, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) are accepted.

Please note: The person whose name is on the check, credit card, or care credit card must be present with a photo ID in order for us to accept that form of payment.
