The pet hotel opened its doors September 1, 2011. Although it is part of the Stockton Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center, it is independently operated with emphasis on full service boarding and 24 hour care. The state-of-the-art, climate controlled facility is designed specifically for cleanliness and comfort of your pets. The staff gives full attention to exercise, eating, and potty breaks of the hotel guests. Optional services include playtime, treats, additional meals, additional potty breaks, medications, pedicures, and exit baths.
For the health and safety of all our guests, all dogs and cats must have up to date records for their vaccinations. We do not accept home vaccinations. Vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinarian at least three days prior to arrival. Guests cannot be checked in without them.
If medications, vitamins, or supplements need to be administered to your pets, please call ahead to make sure we accept the medications or products being given. Medications accompanying your pet must be in the original container, clearly stating the type of medication and dosage. There is an additional charge for administering medication.
Hotel guests are monitored by a professional security system to make sure they are happy and safe.
