Welcome to the Stockton Veterinary Specialty Center. We provide the highest quality surgery and radiology care available in the Central Valley for pets in need of a specialist. A complete in-house lab, digital radiology, and CT scanner enhance the spectrum of our services. In addition to our medical and surgical services, boarding and day care are available in our comfortable and safe Pet Hotel conveniently located in our building.

Our Mission: To meet the small animal veterinary specialty needs of Stockton, San Joaquin County and the Central Valley. Our Vision: To add internal medicine, oncology, critical care and other medical specialties to our services.

Dr. Frey is the only board certified small animal surgeon available in Stockton on a daily basis. He specializes in complex fracture fixation, joint reconstruction, arthroscopy, neurosurgery, advanced soft tissue procedures, and surgical oncology. His staff provides 24 hour care to all patients.
